Pastry Chef
Chrissy Sievert

Born in Ventura and raised in Bend, Oregon, Pastry Chef Chrissy Sievert has always been inspired by the connection between nature and nourishment. After discovering her culinary calling, she found her “happy medium” in Sacramento—perfectly situated between her coastal and mountain roots—where she’s called home for the past fifteen years.

Chrissy moved to Sacramento in 2010 to attend culinary school, earning her A.S. in Culinary Arts in 2012. Her pastry career began soon after at Icing on the Cupcake, followed by formative years at Grange Restaurant & Bar in the Citizen Hotel. She went on to lead the pastry department for the Golden 1 Center, where she quickly rose through the ranks—from Pastry Line Cook to Executive Pastry Chef—developing both sweet and savory menus for the arena’s clubs and hospitality suites.

Her craft has taken her from the vineyards of Napa Valley, where she served as Executive Pastry Chef at Silverado Resort & Spa, to the Michelin-starred kitchen of Localis, and most recently to innovative roles blending creativity and production with The Pour Choice and Ticket Chocolate.

At Allora and the forthcoming Aiona, Chrissy brings her deep technical skill, playful creativity, and love of seasonal ingredients to the dessert program—balancing artistry and restraint to craft thoughtful endings to each guest’s experience.

Outside the kitchen, Chrissy is a devoted dog mom, lifelong traveler, and music lover who’s just as likely to be found hiking a new trail as she is singing along to her favorite playlist.
