Passed somm intro in 2015 while working as a retailer of wine. That bump encouraged him to try working in restaurants. He helped open Empress tavern later that year.
Passed my somm certified in October 2018.
He is a lover of most wine styles, but am most partial to light bodied reds andaromatic, high acid whites.
